As indicated in our Terms and Conditions and when ordering, our delivery times are between  8 to 18 day. Just be patient, your order will arrive soon.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

Yes it's normal. We work with different suppliers who have different delivery times. As soon as the products are ready, they are sent to you in order to shorten your wait. You will receive your order in several parcels.
